The Preserved Lemon BBQ Sauce pays an homage to the Mediterranean Sea from Spain and Portugal, to Greece, Turkey, and Israel. It adds mouth-puckering brightness to grilled fish, seafood, vegetables, and anything else that pairs well with bright and zesty lemon flavors.

Made from nothing more than salt-preserved lemons, honey, olive oil, and turmeric, it is by no means a “traditional” barbecue sauce. But it brings the flavors of the Mediterranean to the grill.

Ways to use Preserved Lemon BBQ Sauce:
