Grainlovers Electric Grain Flaker

Designed and manufactured in Germany, Mockmill's compact electric flaker makes it easy to prepare fresh rolled oats and other grains in under a minute, bringing wholesome, homemade breakfast cereals to your table with minimal effort.

Powered by a quiet, gear-driven DC motor, the E-Flaker produces approximately 60 grams of oat flakes per minute—enough for several servings of fresh cereal. Durable stainless steel rollers create consistent, high-quality flakes while preserving the grain's natural texture and flavor. Simply fill the generous 7 ounce hopper, place a bowl beneath the outlet, and switch the machine on.

Enjoy the unmatched flavor and nutrition of freshly flaked grains with the Grainlovers E-Flaker (E-Flaker is short for "Electric Flaker").

Versatility

Beyond oats, the E-Flaker can process a variety of grains and seeds. Dehulled (or naked) oat groats flake directly, while grains such as spelt, rye, einkorn, and barley can be flaked after a brief soaking and drying process. It also crushes seeds including flax, sunflower, sesame, hemp, buckwheat, and pine nuts, adding fresh texture and nutrition to cereals, breads, granolas, and baked goods.

Maintenance

The flaking mechanism is designed for easy maintenance. The hopper and roller assembly remove quickly without tools, allowing the rollers to be brushed clean in just a few moments. Its modern, space-saving design looks at home on the kitchen counter while taking up very little space.

Arboblend®

The flaker housing is made of renewable Arboblend® which is the same material used for the Mockmill 100 and 200 grain mills. Arboblend® is a high impact thermoplastic made of lignins from plant fiber that can be cast into a mold just as easily as plastic. Lignin is a waste product in the paper industry. This means that large quantities can be produced inexpensively and sustainably. It also has a significantly higher quality than plastic in terms of its visual and haptic appeal.
