I never realized how much of an improvement can be made by changing something as small as a grain of salt. Adding Maldon to my focaccia, chocolate chip cookies, or even a boiled egg makes a world of difference. Maldon elevates and dish onto which it is applied. I use it as a finishing flourish wherever possible. It’s totally worth it!
