LEM Stainless 4 oz. Injector w/Needles

The stainless meat injector from LEM comes with two 6" stainless steel needles, one with a slanted open tip and the other with twelve holes along it. Both needles are 5mm diameter. The LEM meat injector will infuse ham, small fowl, turkey, roast, and more with your delicious marinade! Injectors are also a great way to pump pickling cure into meat. Injector capacity is 4 oz.
