LEM Probe Thermometer w/Alarm & Timer

The LEM probe thermometer includes an alarm and timer. Digital temperature readout ranges from 32°F to 390°F (0 to 198°C). The probe's 45" cord is silicone coated and is heat resistant to 500°F (260°C), so it's safe to leave the probe in the meat, inside the oven. An alarm sounds when the preset internal temperature is reached. A magnet on the base of the readout screen makes it convenient to attach the thermometer to your oven range while the probe is in the oven.
