Stuff sausage at home with the LEM hand-crank vertical 5 lb. sausage stuffer. With this sausage stuffer kit you'll also receive three plastic stuffing tubes, plus enough Backwoods sausage seasoning for 30 pounds of meat, plus the Home Sausage Making book, plus five 1.5" x 12" clear fibrous casings, plus a pack of 32mm fresh collagen casings!

The precision machined carbon steel gears of the LEM hand-crank stainless steel sausage stuffer are built to eliminate slippage and wear, and to resist rust and bacteria. Base and cylinder are stainless steel. Cylinder easily removes for filling and cleaning. The hard plastic piston with built-in release valve allows air to escape from the top of the unit instead of letting it into the casing.

The 5-lb. stuffer includes a protective gear box cover and three stuffing tubes. The plastic stuffing tubes measure 1/2", 3/4", and 7/8" in inside diameter. 

The following Backwoods seasonings are included: one Breakfast, one Breakfast Hot, one Sweet Italian, one Hot Italian, one Brat and one Summer Sausage seasoning packet. Each packet is 1.67 oz of seasoning which is enough for 5 lbs of meat. Learn everything you need to know to get started from the included recipe book. Seasoning is gluten free and MSG free. To use, dissolve an entire packet of seasoning into five ounces of water, then mix thoroughly into 5 lbs. of sausage meat. Stuff into casings.

The Home Sausage Making book covers equipment, ingredients, stuffing, curing, smoking and preserving using all types of meat, poultry, game and fish. An emphasis is placed on the healthful aspect of making and eating sausages and cured meats. Hundreds of recipes for delicious, low-salt, low-fat dishes and sausages are included.
