Note: A knife and plate develop a mated wear pattern as they operate together (same as a piston in an engine cylinder sleeve), so it's important to always keep them together as a set. When you reverse the plate to start using the new side, you should use a new knife. Using an unmatched knife/plate set will cause bad performance, rapid wear and possibly breakage. So you will normally want to have two blades for every plate. 

The LEM cleaning kit for meat grinders includes ten brushes to fit into every part of your meat grinder and meat grinder accessories. Also included is an 11-oz silicone spray to keep the grinder lubricated and to prevent rust.
