The 821 LEM manual meat grinder is made of highly polished stainless steel. This sturdy grinder comes with two stainless steel grinder plates: 3/8" and 3/16". Also included is a stainless steel knife, stuffing star and three stuffing tubes: 1/2", 3/4" and 7/8" OD. The clamp accommodates counters up to 1-1/4". #10 grinding head.

Stainless Steel Meat Grinder Plates (reversible) for #10 manual meat grinders #058 and #821.

Note: A knife and plate develop a mated wear pattern as they operate together (same as a piston in an engine cylinder sleeve), so it's important to always keep them together as a set. When you reverse the plate to start using the new side, you should use a new knife. Using an unmatched knife/plate set will cause bad performance, rapid wear and possibly breakage. So you will normally want to have two blades for every plate.
