LEM Burger Patty Maker

The LEM automatic burger patty maker for LEM Big Bite grinders forms patties that measure 4" diameter and 3/4" thick. The attachment fits LEM #8, #12, #22 and #32 electric grinders. Use LEM freezer sheets to prevent the patties from sticking together.

To use, attach the auto patty maker to an LEM Big Bite meat grinder and turn the grinder on. As meat passes through the grinder head you can watch the patty well fill; when it's full, slide the tray over and the patty falls out while a second patty starts to form in the adjacent patty well.
