Use this strong, stainless steel bacon hanger from LEM to hang pork belly and other meats including ribs, jerky and brisket, in your smoker. The LEM bacon hanger features ten sharp hooks for your meat, and a hanging hook at the top that's offset to help prevent the loaded hanger from tipping.
