Kyocera Ceramic Nonstick Wok with Lid, 12.5 Inch

The Kyocera 12.5" wok is ideal for braising, pan frying, roasting, searing and stir-frying. The high, sloping sides of this flat-bottomed are ideal for containing ingredients while cooking. The stainless steel handles are ergonomically shaped and offer a secure, and comfortable grip for safe lifting. A tempered glass lid isincluded, and offers an easy way to view your food without lifting the lid during cooking. The glass lid has a steam-release vent.

Kyocera's ceramic coating provides superior nonstick performance that's safe to use, scratch-resistant and exceptionally easy to cleanup.

The heavy gauge aluminum base clad is clad with stainless base and provides excellent thermal conductivity, which results in quick and even heat distribution.

Oven safe up to 400° F.

Kyocera cookware is safe to use on all stovetops, including induction.

Care Instructions

Wash with warm water and a soft sponge or dish cloth. Dish soap isn’t necessary except in the case for stubborn stains. Soak the pan in hot water for 30 minutes before washing, if burnt food is stuck onto the pan.
