I purchased a used brass handled Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker. Those brass handles got so blazing hot and now I know why the person sold it! So I was very lucky that Pleasant Hill has such good pictures of the handles, so these stay cool handles matched my pressure cooker and now I can use it daily without fear of burning myself! As an added bonus the handles are designed very well ergonomically so that the lifting and moving of the pressure cooker seems easier.
