Our flame tamer will protect your smaller pressure cooker and gasket on gas stoves. Especially recommended for the shallow pressure frypans, but equally effective for all other pressure cookers, stainless and copper cookware. The disk captures heat that would otherwise go up the sides of your pot, and directs it into the base of the pan, where it is quickly and efficiently absorbed. Coated for easy cleaning.
