Freeze Dried Cranberries, Whole

Freeze dried whole cranberries are wonderful incorporated into breakfast foods, desserts, salads, smoothies, or cooked into cranberry sauce. With their long shelf life freeze dried cranberries are a great item to have in your emergency food storage. The freeze dried cranberries from Rainy Day Foods are GMO-free.

#10 cans are coated internally with food-safe anti-corrosion coating. The cans are airtight sealed and oxygen-free for long term storage. Please note that the term "#10 can" designates a "Number 10 Can" which is a standardized can size, and does not refer to a "quantity of ten cans."

Store in a cool, dark place—ideally at 60°F or below—for optimal long-term storage. When properly stored in its enameled can or Super Pail bucket, this product has a shelf life of 20 years.

Processed in a plant that handles dairy, milk, wheat, egg, soy, and tree nut products.

Available in a single #2.5 can (2 oz net), case of six #2.5 cans (12 oz net), single #10 can (7 oz net) or a case of six #10 cans (2.62 lbs net).

Use Instructions

Rehydrate desired amount with boiling hot water. For cranberry sauce, bring 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a boil in medium saucepan (may adjust water to consistency preferences). Add 3/4 cup cranberries and return to boil. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
