Clearance: Bosch Universal MM3 Food Processor

The Bosch Food Processor Attachment has the traditional food processor knife blades in the bottom of the bowl for chopping and mixing. Also included are three disks used at the top of the bowl:

• Slicing (reversible thick & thin)
• Potato Grating
• Shredding and Grating (reversible fine & coarse)

The Food Processor fits on the Bosch mixer's upper, high speed drive position (where the blender mounts.) It can be operated with top-mounted disks or with the bottom-mounted processor blade. Bowl capacity is five cups. When used with the bottom-mounted blade, the Bosch Food Processor lets you control size reduction by how long you run the machine.

One of the fun things about the Bosch Food Processor is its ability to make outstanding, fresh peanut butter very quickly and easily. The unique design of the food processing blades, combined with the power of the Universal mixer's 800 watt motor, turns peanuts into creamy peanut butter. For crunchy style, toss in a few more peanuts toward the end.

After the blender, the super-useful Universal Food Processor is the most popular of the larger accessories for the Bosch Universal Mixer, and makes a great starting addition to your Bosch Kitchen System! This accessory fits both the Universal Plus as well as the earlier Bosch Universal Classic model.
