We're pleased to offer the new line of Eurita clay products from Reston Lloyd. The unglazed lid is soaked before use. During the baking process water evaporates to create a blanket of steam for your bread. The loaf pan is coated with a glass frit glaze to make cleaning the pan quick and easy. Hand wash with regular dish soap. Oven safe up to 500°F. Eurita clay bakeware is made in Portugal.
