We like wire racks that don't look and feel like they came from a paper clip factory. This cooling rack's extra-stout perimeter wire gives it the backbone to stand up when you load it down, and at 13" x 19" it's big enough for several loaves of bread, yet not be so big you can't store it. Made of nickel-plated steel with 3/4" space between wires. Includes recipes.
