Bosch products are simply the top of the line, the best you can buy. I’ve owned a Bosch bread mixer for 51 years. I have used it constantly and I just don’t know without it. I have had such good luck with mine that I recently bought a Bosch bread mixer for my daughter in Connecticut. She loves it. After 50 years I had to re-order the dough mixer beaters. It was the only thing I have ever had to replace. I have never had the machine serviced because it has never needed it.

This dough hook is the best thing for making bread! I put all the liquid ingredients into the mixing bowl and then while using the dough hook to mix it all, I just add flour until the dough doesn't stick to the side of the bowl - no measuring needed! And then it kneads the dough while I clean up the kitchen. I just let the dough raise in the covered bowl, give it a whirl to "punch it down" and voila, I'm ready to shape the loaves! So quick and easy!!! I've had my trouble-free Bosch Classic Mixer since the early 1990's and have never regretted the purchase!!
