LEM Big Bite Electric Sausage Stuffer

The LEM Big Bite electric sausage stuffer features a 15 watt motor, stainless gears and stainless housing. Variable speed control lets you work at your own pace while the electric foot switch frees your hands to work with the sausage. The sturdy stainless body, base and removable cylinder make filling and cleanup a breeze. The LEM Big Bite electric sausage stuffer includes four stainless steel stuffing tubes with outside diameters of 1/2", 5/8", 1" and 1-1/4". Also included is a hand crank to allow the stuffer to be operated manually, as well as a foot switch to be operated electrically hands free. Available in a 20 pound or 30 pound capacity.

MASSIVE UPGRADE

My Sausage making took a huge leap forward when I received the LEM 20 Lb electric stuffer. There was a great amount of thought put into the using of this stuffer First being able to remove the motor and run manually with the included handle is a huge plus. Being in the country power outages are a normal way of life. Can strike at any moment. if that occurs remove the motor and finish manually. Many electric stuffers are that only. no power no fini

The motor is easy to install or remove. Is plenty strong to do 19 MM snack sticks as long as the mixture has some added water (don't worry the water will cook out and will NOT affect the taste).

Plenty of speed adjustability. With the included foot petal one person stuffing is easy. On the downstroke when you let of the pedal the motor reverses just a little to stop the meat flow.. A GREAT feature. The auto stop at top and bottom of the stroke is another wonderful feature. No destroying the stuffer because you didn't realize you hit bottom or top.
Teflon Piston is attached via a large metal insert that screws to massive threads on the stuffer rod. It would be extremely difficult to mess them up

The top lugs to attach the hopper also have a spring retainer to help locate the hopper and hold it in place

The hopper outlet is a straight shot out not an elbow as many others. This cuts down on the leftover meat in the hopper after piston hits bottom. Probably had 1/2 lb left at bottom whereas my 7lb stuffer would leave over 1 lb

I have had excellent experiences with LEM products. The 20 lb. Big Bite sausage stuffer is no exception. The electric motor with foot pedal control and numerous features make stuffing any sausage a breeze. Doing most of my sausage stuffing alone, going from a manual stuffer to an electric stuffer with foot pedal is a dream. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solidly built, reliable stuffer for their sausage making.
