Organic canned red kidney beans from Eden Foods are soaked overnight and pressure cooked with zero chemical additives at a certified organic, kosher cannery.Red kidney beans are native to America, and antioxidant carotenoids give them their deep color. Kidney beans are favored in chili, Tex-Mex cooking, with pasta, in salads, dips, spreads, and in minestrone soup. Eden Foods canned red kidney beans contain kombu seaweed to aid in digestion, improve the flavor, and soften the beans. No salt added is added. The beans are packed in BPA, BPS, and phthalate free cans. Also, PHG does not sell any grains, beans, lentils, pulses or seeds sourced from China.Case of twelve 15 oz. cans.
