Bamix Processor

The Bamix Processor attaches to Bamix immersion blenders to process both wet and dry foods, such as dried vegetables, hard cheese, chocolate, and more. It easily grinds sugar into confectioner sugar, dried bread into breadcrumbs and peanuts into peanut butter. This handy tool also minces small quantities of garlic, onion, coconut, horseradish and herbs, as well as small portions of meat, fish and boiled eggs. It is well suited to mince and puree ingredients into baby food or spreads.

The Bamix powder disk is used in conjunction with the Bamix Food Processor attachment to grind food into fine powders. Use to grind coffee, herbs, spices, vanilla pods, peppercorns, and many dried foods. To use the Bamix Powder Disk remove the food processor lid and put your ingredients into the processor bowl. Insert the powder disk and replace the lid. For better results run your Bamix Immersion blender at level 2 speed when using your powder disk.

Very disappointing product design

I have the bamix immersion blender and all of the other accessories that go with it. It is a brilliant and high quality product. When I saw the available blender accessory I ordered it. Unlike all of the other Bamix products I was very disappointed with the blender accessory. The blade for this accessory is permanently attached which presents a big problem with cleaning. I don't know why Bamix did not design this accessory like their dry grinder accessory which has a removable blade. This is a total failure on Bamix's part. I would not recommend this product

Works wonderfully

This product extends the use of any Bamix immersion blender. I use it many times a week. I mix drinks, grate solid cheese pieces to fine consistency, make peanut butter (this does take a bit of time). I also purchased the powder disk to further extend the uses for even smaller volumes of foods, like spices. It's very handy, I'm very glad I purchased this item.

This attachment does a good job of processing items such as nuts that you put in it.

Someone above complained that it was hard to clean. I don’t particularly find it hard to clean. Mostly I’ve been using for chopping nuts and other things like that. I’ve been very happy with the performance.
