American Metalcraft Pizza Peel, 16 x 18 inch

The American Metalcraft 16" x 18" pizza peel makes it easy to slide extra large, Neapolitan style pizzas in and out of your pizza oven. For added stability, the 12" wood handle is triple-riveted to the pizza peel's 14 gauge aluminum blade. Aluminum pizza peels are a popular, economical alternative to wooden pizza peels because they're lighter weight, don't require seasoning and won't absorb unwanted odors and food particles.

The blade length is 18" and the blade width is 16". The wood handle is 12" long. Overall length with the handle is 30".

This is the best peel we offer for using with the Rofco B40 oven.
