Masa and Nut Butter Auger for Wonder Junior

With the new masa/nut butter auger for the Wonder Junior Deluxe grain mill you can make your own masa dough for tortillas, tamales, and other dishes by grinding fresh nixtamal (also known as hominy). To make masa harina, simply dry freshly ground nixtamal.

This masa auger is the new-style auger with a pull-pin and adjustable locking knob.

The Wonder Junior Deluxe mill with stainless burrs and masa auger will grind wet and oily grains, oily seeds, peanuts and other nuts, and coffee beans.

Handle remover tool is included.
