This is it, the one Cook's Illustrated proclaimed "The Holy Grail of Cookie Sheets"! It owes its famous performance to extremely thick aluminum construction—1/8" thick, weighing 2.5 pounds! Being more than twice as thick as a standard baking sheet gives the Vollrath sheet unusually uniform heat conduction for crisp, evenly baked results from end to end, and no burnt-on sticking. The two ends are upturned for easy handling, and the sides are flat for easy food removal. Smooth-polished surface. You can bake right on the sheet, or cover with our unbleached parchment paper. Measures 14" x 17" (usable space).
