Full Mesh 3 MIL Vacuum Sealer Zipper Bags

Available in a range of sizes, ARY's zipper bags are loaded and sealed from the bottom end. When you're ready to use the contents, the top tears off easily by hand, starting at the pre-stamped notch. This leaves a resealable "zipper bag" closure that can be opened and reclosed indefinitely, so unused contents are protected from air circulation, and spilling. 3 mil thickness. Plastic is embossed on one interior side so these bags work in Tilia® and other similar home-consumer (external suction) vacuum sealers where the bag mouth is inserted in the machine and the main part of the bag remains outside the machine during sealing.

Quantity is 40 bags per package for 6" x 10" size and 8" x 12" size, and 30 bags per package for 11" x 16" size.

Good Idea Bag

We do all of our own food processing, from grains to meat and these bags work very well for those items which may require further storage after opening.
Buy the next size up from the size you think you need because the zip closure requires more to the bag's storage area.

The bags are heavy duty and easy to fill and seal. I have some test bags that I sealed three years ago and they're still sealed tight. I open one every six months to test the quality inside and it is as fresh as the day sealed.

I actually haven't used them yet and don't plan to until summer. But we raise blueberries, honeyberries, raspberries and strawberries and I freeze some of each for the winter. In the past, once the bag was opened it was opened and I used clips or ties to close it. I'm really looking forward to being able to freeze some berries and then taking out what we need and zipping it closed until the next time. So look for a really rave review in about October of this year.
