USA Pan Nonstick Loaf Pan
Over fifty years ago USA Pan began providing the highest quality commercial-gauge bakeware for the world’s leading bakeries. Today they are the largest manufacturer of commercial bakeware. When you purchase a USA Pan product you're choosing a product that meets industrial standards for innovation, quality and durability. From superior pan materials, to methods of manufacturing, and overall design, USA pans are some of the very best available for the commercial user as well as the home chef. Each USA Pan is proudly produced in Crescent, Pennsylvania.
Each USA Pan bakeware item is constructed of aluminized steel, which is the material of choice for commercial bakeries. The metal thickness chosen for each bakeware piece allows even heat distribution and maximum service life.
The bakeware is coated with Americoat© Plus, a proprietary silicone coating that nearly all North American bakers prefer over dark nonstick coatings. Americoat© Plus is a clear non-stick, environmentally friendly, coating specifically formulated for superior baking and does not contain any PTFE’s or PFOA’s.
Another unique feature of USA Pan bakeware is the corrugated (or fluted) design. This ridged surface maximizes pan strength, as well as prevents warping, denting and other effects of everyday use. Corrugation also minimizes surface contact with baked goods which means you have evenly baked goods which are easily released from their pan!
*USA Pan states the capacity of these loaf pans at 1 lb, 1-1/4 lbs, and 1-1/2 lbs, but we've tested these loaf pans ourselves and found that they actually hold more dough, as shown in our table above.
For more details, please see the specs tab above.
While USA Pan bakeware is built to resist warping, even the highest quality pans sometimes warp. Metal expands when it’s exposed to heat and warping can occur when metal is heated unevenly. In the oven, the bottom of pans heat faster than the sidewalls, so the bottom will expand more quickly, which causes warping. The temperature of the food you’re baking can also affect how evenly the pan heats. The wire in USA Pan bakeware helps return the pan to its original shape as the metal cools.

First the quality in making is excellent, one of a few that is actually made in the USA. Always bakes bread perfectly and cleans very easily. As marked, don't put it in the dishwasher, and there's really no need to. I've had several so-called loaf pans but not even in the same league with this. Also cooked a meatloaf in it; if you do, remove the loaf before cutting as you do not want to scratch the wonder finish.
At first I was dismayed that these pans were narrower than what I THOUGHT I had ordered to match the one I had already. That would give me three 2-pound loaf pans. After one batch I was converted. I already LOVED the pan I had, but the two new ones are just as GREAT and make a higher loaf due to their being narrower. I just need a little mild soap and water for a swipe after baking to set these back to "new. " If you, as did I, have one already check the size before purchasing this size. The original of these that I purchased a few years ago was the size of my old "regular" 2-lb. loaf pans. This pan is STURDY. I guaranty you'll not be disappointed in the quality or performance, but a matching set may be of importance to you. The bread I make is 100% vegan with each loaf containing 1/3 cup oil. I do not oil the pans and the bread rarely sticks. When it does a sharp spatula is all that is required to release the bread. I highly recommend this U. S. A. made product.
Had cheaper pans that didn’t bake evenly, so looked up pans and saw these were rated high and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed, very well made and baked the bread evenly. It was good to see there made in the USA.
I have never used anything to grease this pan and my bread (1/3 C oil/loaf) never sticks after at least a couple years of use. My son makes a non-oil bread and he also did not oil this pan and there was very little sticking which soaked right off. I am getting another to see if the quality is still the same (and because I make 3 loaves at a time and have only one of these($$$)). I have used a mild soap and water occasionally to remove the bread's oil residue and the pan is still NON-stick. I highly recommend this pan. Love it.
I love the entire line of USA pans and the quality is excellent. The bread loaves come out so easily without sticking and you do not grease these pans. I never put them in the dishwasher in order to preserve the finish on them. You can just wipe them clean with a damp cloth after baking. I appreciate the great customer service and fast shipment on these!
I grew up with my mom baking bread. After her passing I got her very well used pans, later my younger sister asked what happened to them as they baked the best bread. Since we live in different states and I decided to start making bread I was hesitant to give mom's up. I can honestly say Pleasant Hill's pans are every bit as good as my mothers if not better. They are made with heavy duty material, the bread came out nicely browned, no sticking. So next time I see my sister I will relinquish moms pans with no regrets.
I have had great experiences with Pleasant Hill and am especially impressed with your speedy shipment. Thank you for great service!
Had some of these pans but never realized their value and not having to grease so I ordered more and some for gifts. They are the best, plus the are made in our wonderful USA.
Best pan I could find at any price.
I purchased my first USA loaf pan in October and was very happy to find that it was a nice heavy, well built pan. My bread cooks beautifully and is evenly browned on all sides. The silicone non stick coating is amazing! Bread literally slips out of the pan! I don’t want to bake in anything else now. I’ve ordered another USA pan, and dumped my old loaf pans. Little by little, all of my old baking pans will be replaced with these baking treasures!
