Thunderbird 300E Meat Grinder (#12 head)

Thunderbird, a respected name in midsize commercial meat grinders, builds high performance grinders that stand up to steady use. The 300E is a popular grinder with sportsmen and small shop owners, offering commercial construction and performance, as well as NSF certification, at a very affordable price.

Grinds Fast: With a #12 head and industrial 1 HP motor, the Thunderbird 300E grinds 8 to 12 lbs/minute through a 3/16" plate. It has a 100% duty cycle for nonstop productivity. The feed throat is 2-1/16".

Stainless construction: The meat tray, headstock, feed screw, headstock ring and plate are all made of food grade stainless steel. Meat tray measures 8" x 11".

Certifications: NSF and UL certified.

Because it operates on 1-phase power, this grinder can be used in any location, even without a commercial 3-phase power supply.

The Thunderbird 300E grinder ships by UPS Ground service.

Thunderbird products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, to the manufacturer. Returned product must be new, unused, and shipped in its original packaging. Thunderbird returns are subject to a restock fee of 25% of product cost. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping, except when the product is defective or shipped in error. Most Thunderbird products ship by freight.

LEM Stuffing Tube #12, HD Plastic

Three sizes available: 5/8" (15mm), 1" (25mm) and 1-3/8" (35mm) outside diameter. The inside diameter measurements are: 7/16" (11mm), 3/4" (19mm) and 1-1/4" (32mm). Tubes are HD plastic and have very little taper. Use the 1-3/8" tube to fill fibrous casings and old fashioned middles. The 1" tube is great for filling hog casing or 32mm collagen. Use the 5/8" tube for snack sticks and breakfast sausage. 5/8" tube will fit 19mm and 21mm casings.

We also offer a a 2 inch aluminum tube.

This foot switch can be used to turn your meat grinder (or other machines) on and off, allowing operator free use of hands. Especially useful when stuffing sausage. Ruggedly constructed for long life with full steel housing, nonskid base pad, and textured traction pad. Comes with 8' cord and 3 prong series-plug, prewired. Just plug it in and go (the plug on the end of the foot switch's cord is inserted into 110 volt wall receptacle, then the meat grinder plug is piggybacked into the footswitch plug. So no wiring is required). Switch is momentary type, meaning that power is supplied to meat grinder cord while pedal is held down and power is cut off when pedal is released. Rated 15 amps maximum. This switch has proven its durability with years of trouble-free service.

THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT GRINDER FOR THE ONE JUST LIKE IT LOST IN THE FLOOD DUE TO HURRICANE HARVEY. THE OLDER ONE I HAD AND USED FOR 23 YEARS. I HAVE PROCESSED HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSAND POUNDS OF MEAT IN THAT 23 YEARS AND HOPE TO GET SAME AND LONGER USE FROM THIS ONE.
