Rofco stone casing

Wood crate of stone screwed together with square head screws - i had no tools to open as a very uncommon screw head type. Delyaed me by another day, which after receiving delivery far past the eta proved to be very frustrating indeed.

Moderator : We're sorry you didn't have a square drive tip on hand, Andrew, and the day's delay that resulted. We're sorry for the Covid-created delays as well. Those are affecting us all. 
We're glad there was no problem with the actual product. 
For the benefit of all shoppers: Square-drive screws were invented in 1908 by P.L. Robertson, and are also known as Robertson fasteners. They're superior to Phillips screws in that the driver won't cam-out, as so often (and so frustratingly) happens with Phillips screw heads. Robertson driver tips are available in every hardware store in the U.S. and Canada, and we often use Robertson #2-head screws in our crates, for their strength and their anti-cam-out removal for our customers.
