Steam Tray Kit for RackMaster RM2020 and RM24

The RackMaster Steam Tray Kit is a simple, all-stainless-steel system designed to give reliable, repeatable steam without complicated plumbing, pumps or electronics.

Kit includes:

1 x Steam pod
5 x 10mm rods
1 x Drilling template
2 x Drill bits
1 x RackMaster laser engraved s/s water can

The RackMaster Steam Tray is a unique two-piece lift-off design, making installation straightforward and, for those in hard water areas, allows easy access for periodic descaling. Simply lift the top off to clean inside the tray. Inside are five 10mm solid stainless steel rods which store heat and rapidly convert water into steam when poured into the tray.

Only one steam tray is required per oven, fitted on the right-hand side of the lower deck. Installation takes only a few minutes using the supplied template, drills and fixings.

The steam trays are designed, manufactured and hand finished in the UK. Every steam tray receives the same attention to detail as every RackMaster oven.

The steam tray fits both the RackMaster RM2020 oven and the RM24 oven.

Care Instructions

Descale periodically if you live in a hard water area. Clean using a nylon brush or non-scratch scourer only. Do not use steel wool, grinding discs or abrasive wheels on the stainless steel.
