Nice funnel and a good price too

Sturdy body, the handle not as sturdy but enough. No seams or welds inside to trap bacteria. Fits into a regular mouth canning jar. It is made of good stainless, a magnet won't stick to it, so you won't have to worry about rusting (except the spot welds on the outside of the handle). I'd by another if I needed it, even if it is made in China.

I ordered a different funnel from Amazon and when it arrived, its opening to the jar was about 1-1/4 inches wide. Not wide enough to really use well. This one has an opening that is about 2-1/4 inches wide. It will work well for canning!

We used a plastic one for a while, but it got scared and I did not like the possibility of plastic shards getting into whatever we were canning. I looked around, and this one was competitive in pricing so I bought from PHG. Use what you like, but stainless won't put plastic shards in your food.
