Original Seasoning: salt, dextrose, sugar, spices, mustard (1.35%), garlic powder, sodium erythorbate (1.18%) and less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
Pepper Seasoning: salt, corn syrup solids, spices, mustard (12.5%), monosodium glutamate, dextrose, garlic powder, sodium erythorbate (0.60%) and less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
Cure: salt, sodium nitrite (6.25%), FD&C red #3 (for color) and less than 2% sodium silico aluminate added as a processing aid.
