The small grains and bean adapter set for the WonderMill grain mill allows you to pour small grains (items like amaranth and quinoa), and beans (such as garbanzo beans) into the hopper all at once, rather than having to manually meter them in slowly. These simple attachments automatically meters the flow at the correct rate. Without this attachment, extra-small grains and large beans can clog the milling heads.

    We found that the adapters helped to meter the small grains like quinoa OK and the same for beans. However, when we tried to mill chia seens, the machine gummed up and had to be cleaned out. I guess that chia is too soft a seed for milling. But the adapters were still a good investment.
