Rofco Flex Nonstick Sheet Large, 18.2x18 inch

Due to supply disruptions, it's been difficult to keep these nonstick baking sheets in stock. We also offer nonstick sheets from another supplier, that work just the same as the sheets on this page.

These sturdy, glass-reinforced nonstick baking sheets help protect the baking trays. Some people like to use a baking sheet as an aid to transport their dough into the oven. You can prepare your dough for baking on the baking sheet, and then—perhaps with the help of a wooden paddle—you can slide the baking sheet and your dough, onto the baking tray inside the oven.

Available sizes: The 11.3x18.2 inch sheet fits the B5, B10 and B20 ovens. The 18.2x18 inch sheet fits the B40 oven.

I had my doubts about these sheets when I received my new Rofco oven a few weeks ago, but they turned out to be perfect for bread baking. I load up the dough on the sheets, slide the peel underneath, and slide the sheet onto the hot baking stone -- very easy, very fast. I bought three additional ones to always have them on hand.

These sheets making transferring loaves to the oven so easy, and they are so durable. I decided to buy a second set for my Rofco B40 to have for crackers; I roll the dough out directly on the oven sheets, and transfer to the trays to chill before baking.
