Regency 100% Cotton Pastry Cloth, 24 x 20 inch

A 100% cotton pastry cloth with rolling pin cover. Rub flour vigorously into the cloth and rolling pin cover to create nonstick surfaces for rolling and shaping dough. The flour stays in the cloth and doesn't get absorbed into the dough, allowing for light, flakey baked goods. Edges of cloth are sewn to prevent fraying.

Care Instructions

Store in a plastic bag in the freezer between uses. Cloth and rolling pin cover can be washed in the washing machine and then laid flat or hung to dry, but washing is unnessary unless something is spilled on them.
