The new and improved NutriMill Pro-Line Cookie Paddles feature an innovative curved blade, specifically engineered to enhance ingredient incorporation. Unlike traditional flat paddles, the curved shape creates a more dynamic mixing motion, ensuring ingredients are continuously pushed toward the center of the bowl. This results in superior dough consistency with less scraping, faster mixing, and better overall texture. Whether your customers are making chocolate chip cookies or thick, chewy cookies, these paddles make the process smoother than ever!

In the Bosch Universal Plus mixer, Bosch recommends using the wire whips and batter whisks for pourable batters, not heavier mixes. The standard-equipment dough hook works great (and needs to be used) for very heavy loads of cookie dough. For moderate batches of cookie dough, these Cookie Paddles are ideal. Made by the U.S. Bosch importer, the paddles snap onto the Whip Drive—that's the oval/cone shaped part in the photo, which mounts on top of your mixer's bowl column. This is a very useful and popular accessory. Be sure to soften your butter before using the paddles.

This fits the Bosch Universal Plus mixer as well as all older models of Bosch Universal mixers.

To avoid damage, it's important not to use the Dough Glide accessory with these paddles.

"Quantity 1" for this item means a pair of paddles, plus the metal drive part that they attach to. The cookie paddles are also available without the metal whip drive, here.

The Bosch cookie paddles also fit the NutriMill Artiste mixer.

These paddles work great. Have not had any breakage. If you're making a gigantic batch with super thick dough, of course they may break as they're plastic. Very happy with mine.

Keep the viscosity correct and these will last forever. If you start with dry ingredients and slowly add liquid, you're asking for trouble. The safe bet is to add dry ingredients to liquid. Thin to thick, as long as it is pourable, this product is great!
