The Pro-Cut KG-12-FS is a very popular meat grinder with small shops and hunters. It offers commercial meat grinder construction and performance with a very affordable price tag. Like all Pro-Cut meat grinders, it has a sealed oil bath gear box with all steel gears for extreme durability. Using all steel gears sets these grinders completely apart from consumer type grinders that incorporate at least one plastic gear.
Fast meat grinding: With its high torque 3/4 horsepower motor and #12 grinding head, with meat at 32°F the KG-12-FS will grind 7.3 lb./minute on the first grind (3/8" plate) and 4 lb./minute on the second grind (1/8" plate). It has a 100% duty cycle for nonstop grinding. Its meat grinder plates are 2.75" diameter and it comes with a 3/16" grinder plate. The feed throat is large 2-1/4" and this grinder will really pull meat through—there's no need to force meat down the throat.
The extra large, heavy-gauge feed tray measures 2.5" x 13" x 21". This Pro-Cut meat grinder has a full-width support cradle under the back end of the meat tray giving it outstanding stability, superior to the flimsy trays on most grinders. The headstock and screw are long-life tin-dipped cast iron, and the housing and pan are food-grade stainless steel.

Stainless Steel Meat Grinder Plates (reversible). The outer edge of each plate has one half-moon cut out notch. The kidney plate has three kidney bean shaped holes.
Pro-Cut meat grinder knives and plates can be used in Torrey grinders.
Stainless knives and carbide knives work the same except carbide will wear longer. Both are resharpenable.

Pro-Cut meat grinder knives and plates can be used in Torrey grinders.
Three sizes available: 5/8" (15mm), 1" (25mm) and 1-3/8" (35mm) outside diameter. The inside diameter measurements are: 7/16" (11mm), 3/4" (19mm) and 1-1/4" (32mm). Tubes are HD plastic and have very little taper. Use the 1-3/8" tube to fill fibrous casings and old fashioned middles. The 1" tube is great for filling hog casing or 32mm collagen. Use the 5/8" tube for snack sticks and breakfast sausage. 5/8" tube will fit 19mm and 21mm casings.
We also offer a a 2 inch aluminum tube.
This foot switch can be used to turn your meat grinder (or other machines) on and off, allowing operator free use of hands. Especially useful when stuffing sausage. Ruggedly constructed for long life with full steel housing, nonskid base pad, and textured traction pad. Comes with 8' cord and 3 prong series-plug, prewired. Just plug it in and go (the plug on the end of the foot switch's cord is inserted into 110 volt wall receptacle, then the meat grinder plug is piggybacked into the footswitch plug. So no wiring is required). Switch is momentary type, meaning that power is supplied to meat grinder cord while pedal is held down and power is cut off when pedal is released. Rated 15 amps maximum. This switch has proven its durability with years of trouble-free service.
This nylon washer will fit the auger shaft or worm gear shaft on both the Pro-Cut KG12 and Torrey M12FS meat grinders. 1-5/16" OD. 3/4" ID. 1/8" thick.
