The three wide "blades" are designed to prevent food from getting stuck in the chopper and their rounded corners easily reach into the corners of sauce pans. The turner's durable construction is strong enough to break up partially frozen foods. The chopper can also be used to stir food and scrape the sides of even nonstick pans without scratching the pan. Heat resistant up to 400º F. Dishwasher safe.
