Omcan 6 Quart Manual Tomato Strainer

The Omcan 6 quart tomato strainer/tomato squeezer is extremely stout. It has a large stainless steel screen, cast iron frame with double hot tinning, and sturdy 1.5 gallon (6 quart) stainless steel hopper. To operate, place whole tomatoes in large stainless steel hopper and turn the handle.

Peelings and seeds come out the end of the tomato strainer; tomato meat and juices flow through the perforated stainless steel outer tube and down the stainless chute. Housing is heavy duty cast iron construction with hot tinned surface. Disassembles quickly for easy cleanup.

The clamp fits over a table or counter edge up to 1-1/4" (32mm) thick. Or you can clamp it to a piece of plywood (not included), then clamp that down with your own clamps of any size.
