The Norpro Wood Pastry and Pizza Roller is perfect for rolling out all types of dough for crusts. The large roller rolls out large sections while the small roller rolls dough into sides and corners. The roller also comes in handy when crushing nuts or cookie crumbs for toppings! Large roller is 4.12" long, and small rollerl is 2.5" long. Stainless steel rods balance the wood rollers.
