Norpro S/S Double Boiler, 1.5 quart

Norpro's stainless steel double boiler is ideal for melting chocolate, caramel, custard, and for cooking sauces slowly and evenly to avoid scorching. The double boiler capacity is 1.5 quarts and the boiler includes a tempered glass lid with a vent hole so you can easily see into your pot without removing the lid.
