Although a big fan of my "brownie spatula" from P. Chef, this is a terrific spatula. It is thin and flexible but not flimsy. A good size for fish and also baked goods. And it's non-stick- a necessity if you don't want to scratch your bakeware or cookware.. Great buy- I got two.
