Keep herbs fresh for up to three weeks using the Norpro herb saver! Soft, leafy herbs like parsley and cilantro and woody stemmed herbs like rosemary and thyme will remain crisp when you store them in this canister, inside your fridge. The canister fits in the door of most fridges. Thanks to the airtight seal your herbs won't absorb fridge odors. This is a great way to store fresh asparagus too!

Use a water soluble, removable ink to label the container with helpful notes.

Cook's Illustrated highly recommends this simple, well-designed herb keeper.

I cut several sprigs and placed them in the herb saver. After ten days they still look good enough to garnish anything I might serve.

I have a lot of herbs growing in my "garden". Lots of parsley. I cut several sprigs and placed them in the herb saver. After ten days they still look good enough to garnish anything I might serve. I'm thinking of buying another.
