Triple-action creaming or cutting: Three blade sections (two are screw-adjustable) provide multiple options. With front blade fully lowered, kernels are sliced by center shredding blades and kernel centers are then scraped out by final (adjustable) scraping blade to produce creamed corn. The front blade can be raised partially to also cut off kernel tops, or raised fully to remove 100% whole kernels instead. Hardwood and stainless steel construction, measures 17"x 2-3/8".
