Easy bean frencher: Nothing could be easier, just feed green beans in the top, turn the crank and ZIP! they're frenched (cut into narrow lengthwise strips). Measures 3-1/4" x 3-1/2", with throat 1" x 1-1/4" (fits a handful of beans nicely). Handle crank length is 3". Clamps to tabletops up to 1-1/8" thick.

French Beans From Italian Beans

This little gadget was very well designed and built! I used it as soon as I received it for a test, using Romano Beans. It worked very well and produced very nice strips. So I will have to test it on normal string beans. Again, I was impressed with the construction.
