These heavy duty steel bread pans produce better results and are easier to use than other steel bread pans. They have a quality nonstick coating plus dimples for easy release, and the black exterior soaks up radiant heat for even baking.
Corners are reinforced by steel rods and the top edge is rolled, eliminating sharp edges. These quality, highly durable bread pans make great gifts—they bake better bread and will keep doing it for many, many years. When not in use, they nest nicely so several pans store in the space of one! We use these loaf pans more than any other.

I've been using Norpro non stick pans for years. When the bread comes out of the oven, I invert the pan and the loaf drops out. I do not EVER put these pans in the dishwasher, but just rinse them out, dry them well and put them away for the next bread baking day. I normally bake 15 loaves at a time and have replaced all of my pans with Norpro pans.
I have an in home licensed baking business. I have tried many different types of bread pans but Norepro outdoes them all. The loaves are always uniform, nice clean shape for cutting slices and the the loaves literally fall right out of the pans. So easy to clean—but I would recommend not using the dishwasher on Norepro pans. Washing by hand keeps their finish much better.
Bread pops right out, lightweight, easy to handle, easy clean up. Just make sure to shake off any water in the rim.
Bought the 8" pans. Perfect size for our family. Bread slides right out of pan. Beautiful loaves.
My wife got just what she wanted off her Christmas list: Eight Norpro non-stick bread pans. She loves them and uses them often. Pans are easy to clean and are just the right size for the recipe she uses.
These bread pans are great. Bakes the bread evenly and the clean up is easy. I have been using these Nor pro non-stick pans for over 20 years and needed new ones
as they eventually lose the non-stick quality and rust forms causing a sticky mess with rust on the bread. But overall they are great pans. Also great service from Pleasant Hill Grain.
I use Norpro pans a lot! I am a baker and these pans are awesome… the bread slips out easily! Durable… I have 30 of these pans in varying sizes. Definitely recommend 5 ⭐️ !!!
I have been baking bread for 30 years... that is when I purchased my first Norpro bread pans. I started with 6 and when each kiddo moved out, they took two with them. So now I need to order new ones for me!! They are the best! Highly recommend these pans....for the newbie and the seasoned bread bakers!!
Even heat distribution. Consistent results. Lightweight and easy to handle. The 12" is perfect for my 2 lb. whole wheat loaf and the 8" for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 lb loaves. So glad I found them!
I like them. They do tend to hold a little water in them after washing especially in the corners. I just make sure they are good and dry before storing them.
