After many years, I once again attempted my mother's homemade bread recipe I grew up eating. I tried multiple times and the bread stuck to the pans I had no matter how I prepared them. I saw this pan and decided to try it. The bread was loose from the sides of the pan the moment I pulled that sensational smelling bread out of the oven and was able to turn it right out, NO STICKING.
