Kuhn Rikon Piranha Y-Peeler

Kuhn Rikon's Piranha Y-Peelers offer a surprising advancement in peeler design. The Piranha features razor sharp serrated teeth that bite into fruit and vegetable skins, whether they're firm (like carrots), hard and slick over soft flesh (like tomatoes), or even soft and fuzzy (like peaches.) With their comfortable non-slip rubber handles they provide a wide range of motion while slicing paper-thin slices, cutting in both direction. The Piranha Y-Peeler has the same serrations as the Piranha Swivel Peeler. (Also note that although "Swivel" isn't in the name of the Piranha Y-Peeler, the blade on this design also swivels to follow the shape of your food. (The only difference between models is the orientation of the blade in relation to the handle.)
