KoMo Interchangeable Insert
KoMo's interchangeable inserts enable a single KoMo mill to grind different materials without cross contamination. The set includes replacement upper and lower milling stones as well as the silicone chamber liner (or "insert").
Using this accessory set, your KoMo mill can be used with gluten-containing products (wheat, for example) using the original stones and liner, then after switching stones and liner the same mill can grind a gluten-free product (rice, for example) without getting any gluten in the that flour. The accessory insert has a much longer spout, for easy identification.
The switching process takes only about a minute after the first couple of times. If you prepare food for people with special dietary needs, KoMo's interchangeable milling insert multiplies the value of your KoMo grinder.
Insert #1 fits 250 watt mills (Fidibus 21, Magic, Harvest 250, FidiFloc 21)
Insert #2 fits 360 & 400 watt mills (PK1, Classic, Medium, Harvest 360, Duett 100, FidiFloc Medium & Mio)
Insert #3 fits 600 watt mills (KoMo XL, XL Plus, Duett 200)

I've used it for 6 years, absolutely love it!
My wife is gluten free while I enjoy fresh ground wheat for my bread making. The insert and duplicate stones allow us to grind the gluten free grains without cross contamination.
I used the insert for grinding spices from seeds, coriander, cumin and fenugreek. The stones did heat up quite fast because I was doing a fine grind, so I had to let them cool and clean them once in between but it was well worth it!
Daughter got me the KoMo XL grain mill which I'd wanted for a long time. I'm using it often and enjoying every minute. Best machine ever with the extras.
Great tool for being able to switch back and forth to get gluten free flour freshly milled as well!
I have been looking for these stones for a while now and when I found them here I was like whoot, whoot, now I don't need to order them from an international store.
Purchased this for my wife and she is very pleased with the overall quality and different grains she can use.
Having gluten problems makes this accessory necessary for us. It works great to keep flours separate. Excellent service from PHG too.
A requested gift from a do it yourselfer in our family. He's purchased other items and been very satisfied. Sorry I can't speak on a personal level about your products but the home baked breads from the flour are spectacular!
Haven’t used my grain mill yet as I just received it in the mail. However, the mill is very sturdy and beautiful looking. Customer service was very helpful and kind with all my questions. I’ll update my review in a couple weeks.
