Yes, it's $21, yes, your KoMo mill is already expensive, but YES, you should still add this to your cart! When I purchased my mill I started looking at accessories for it before I officially checked out, and I discovered the cork. And I thought that's pretty expensive for what it is and do I need it? Then I realized how "open" it would leave the mill without one. And I live in Florida! There are bugs everywhere, little gnats that fly in the house and everything. I didn't want to have the mill open, I wanted it to be kept clean and safe. I cover up my KitchenAid mixer bowl, so to me this felt necessary. And I haven't looked back at all. It's great! And I think cork material naturally deters pests too. An investment for peace of mind.
