We use stainless baking items so as to avoid the problems associated with aluminum. This fits our Breville oven perfectly.

I like the pan

this pan has been easy to clean and has not buckled/twisted in the heat of the oven as of yet.

Wish it was a heavier weight

I like this pan just wish it was a heavier stainless steel, rather thin so I confirmed with customer service rep who was wonderful and very helpful that the manufacturer advises that the pan can be used in an oven up to 400 degrees.
