Use with Jerky Works kit for ground meat or also works great for sliced meat.

This box contains 3 packets of jerky cure and 3 packets of jerky spice. A packet of cure and a packet of spice makes 1 lb. of jerky from 2 lbs. of ground meat, so the box makes 3 lbs. of jerky from 6 lbs. of ground meat. Yield will be a bit higher with unground meat.
